The flat has a very nice location, in a vibrant neighbourhood with close proximity to a beautiful park. The apartment covers basic needs, but is old, and has a small and impractical kitchen without an oven for cooking.

No necesitamos mayor comunicación, sólo la necesaria para llegar e irme, porque todo funcionaba perfecto, tal como se ofrece. Una muy buena experiencia.

Un vecindario muy agradable, con muchos negocios de comida, supermercado a pocas cuadras, buena locomoción, estación de Metro cercana, muy lindos parques muy próximos.

I’m very happy with the accommodation! The location is amazing, the area is one prague’s best. It has a lot of cafes and restaurants but at the same time it is very quiet at night. Communicating with the landlord was easy. The apartment is a bit more run down than the pictures show but it is not an issue because everything worked as it should.

Una muy buena casa, cada vez que hay un problema con algo el propietario lo arregla lo antes posible.
Lo único malo es que la cocina tiene demasiada suciedad acumulada y no se limpia bien.

Un barrio con muy buen ambiente por los parques de cerca. La calle muy tranquila.

I really liked my stay here. Communication was easy and the apartment was beautiful, spacious and very well located.

The flat is well-located and it covers the basic needs. However, when we arrived in the flat we found many of the electrical appliances were not functioning properly. Indeed, the washing machine did not rinse the clothes properly, the dishwasher left the dishes dirty in many occasions, and the microwave produced a weird smell sometimes. Also, the pans were in bad condition and we needed to ask for one in which food wouldn't get completely stuck. These are the type of things that should be reviewed before renting the flat.
On top of that, our Wifi connection was not good (as it was shared with the flat in front of ours) and there were days we had to use our data, which is not ideal considering our status as students who need a proper Internet connection. Although we communicated this matter, they never came back to fix it.

Apartment located in quite area. Easy and fast access to the public transportation. All utilities in the kitchen are ready for use. Communication with the owner was fast via Flatio.
It was good choice for the paid price.

I recommend ! Very nice studio flat, i stay there 2 months, the landlord very nice person, trying to sort any problem in short time. If you want a small but nice flat i recommend this flat!

The few times I had an issue related to my accommodation, the landlord has proven to be quite helpful and in a matter of one-two days max everything would be sorted out. The flat is small but it has everything you might need during your stay, and the area is extremely close to the centre

Byt byl překrásný, úplně jako na fotografiích. Ve skvělé lokalitě. S majitelem byla velmi dobrá domluva. I když jsme bohužel museli ukončit bydlení dříve než bylo uvedeno ve smlouvě, nebyl to žádný problém a dalo se vše v pořádku domluvit.

Byt se nachází kousek od Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, kde se nachází stanice metra. Jen asi pár metrů vedle bytu jsou také Riegrovy sady. Příjemnou procházkou se dá dojít i na Hlavní nádraží za pár minut. Velmi dobrá lokalita. Vedle vchodu do bytu je večerka, kde seženete základní potraviny a naproti dokonce hospoda.

Good level of accommodation, well located and very comfortable and equipped. The owner is discreet, friendly and attentive.

Pros:
The apartment is very well situated and is close to markets. The tram stop and the metro/tube stop is also quite close. The apartment is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped.
Cons:
My room was supposed to be cleaned every Monday at 12 pm for 30 minutes(as suggested by the caretakers themselves). It was never cleaned. In a month, my sheets were changed only once.
The caretakers of this flat have borrowed money from me THRICE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. I have NEVER been in a situation where the keepers of a flat take money from their tenants. I understand people run out of lose cash at times because of which I wanted to help them out. I had to specifically ask them back for my money cause they kept delaying in paying me back. I felt quite uncomfortable by the end of my stay and am definitely glad that I have moved out.

I was living here for two months and we felt like if they were controlling us all time. Mostly the first month.
They told us every week they did the bed linen change and the second month they didn’t change it not even once

Very clean and well located apartment. Sheets, towels and my room was changed/cleaned once a week. The only issue was the lack of a system for booking the washing machine and that the tumble dryer was out of order. The later was no big issue since there was a drying rack to borrow. I'm overall very pleased with this accommodation during the three months I lived in Prague!
